At Larkin Law & Mediation, we are dedicated to providing top-notch legal representation tailored to your unique needs. David Larkin has over 30 years of experience in representing individuals and businesses in complex real estate, construction and commercial transactions and litigation in Brevard County and throughout Florida. David is life long Florida resident, a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law , with honors and a 30 year resident of Brevard County, Florida. Prior to forming Larkin Law & Mediation, David was a partner in Fallace & Larkin, L.C. where he concentrated his practice in all areas of business, construction and real estate transactions and litigation. In addition to his legal practice, David always maintained strong ties to his community through volunteering for local youth sports organizations and coaching youth and high school sports.
After representing clients in state and federal courts in all areas of complex commercial litigation for 30 years, David formed Larkin Law & Mediation to advise clients on legal matters with the hope of avoiding the necessity litigation through proper contract and document preparation and legal advice. With his experience in both negotiating complex real estate and commercial transactions and representing clients in state and federal courts when disputes arise, David has a unique ability to understand and counsel clients on areas of negotiations and contractual formation to avoid disputes at the start of a business relationship instead of in a court of law.

David is a Certified Circuit Court and Appellate Mediator and a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator.
